1. What are PUT and CALL operations
In the binary options market, you need to predict whether the price of an asset (such as EUR/USD, GBP/JPY, gold, etc.) will rise or fall within a certain time.
CALL (Buy): use when you believe the price will rise.
PUT (Sell): use when you believe the price will fall.
Example:
Signal: EUR/USD – 10:30 am – CALL – 5 minutes
It means that at 10:30 am you should enter the trade betting that EUR/USD will be above the current price after 5 minutes.

2. How to identify the right moment
Before clicking CALL or PUT, look at the graph:
If the price is rising strongly, prefer CALL.
If it is falling constantly, prefer PUT.
If the market is sideways (no clear direction), avoid trading.
Use candlestick charts and observe the behavior of the last 10 to 15 candles to understand the dominant direction.

3. Practical example
Imagine that the USD/JPY asset is in an uptrend:
